no no nope

Lil one is in her no stage. nearly every answer she gives u is either no or nope. her other fav word is aiyo. oops...i am 2 blame for that. thot i don't use it as much...looks like i do. hopefully she willl 4get that in time.

her sleep patterns have been pretty erratic. so far, she has woken up twice for sahur. sleeping really late...11 pm. last nite, it was 12MN. letting her cont this till end of ramadhan so i get a bit of rest in the morn. if i am lucky, she will have a long nap...another opportunity to get some rest.

i tend to cook early i.e. before her nap. at least one dish is done. the other one i will cook once hubbs is back. 2 dishes seem to do the trick for us both. it helps dat we love kuih..

have managed to fast everyday. missed one day since i had gastritis. threw up all my sahur n was left very weak after dat. her breastmilk consumption has also not increased..Alhamdullillah. there was one day she woke up at 6am n refused to go back to bed even after drinking fr both breasts..and she asked for her cereal. yes!at 6am!! so let her eat in bed. since i was flat out fr puking my guts out earlier, i slept w cereal bits on the bed.not a wise choice since we found a cockroach in the room the next day.

bugs is another thing i hate finding in this house.after being bug free for 8 years, i must say i totally 4got about the existence of bugs:) oh well...a lil inconvience dat i can just spray or actually get hubbs to deal w it:)

Ramadhan Al Mubarak

Ramadhan is here again. My favourite month in the islamic calender. Alhamdullillah, I have managed to fast for the past few days. it has been very difficult n tiring since am still breastfeeding lil one. since daddy doesn't come home for lunch n i don't eat during the day she tends to eat less as well. to date, she has woken up for one sahur only. hopefully this trend does not continue since she has just put on the wt she lost in kl. yup...she lost 0.5kg in 3 weeks in kl. well..she did have chicken pox as well. the chicken pox has left 2 scars on her face. i really wonder if vitamin e will do the trick. need to buy some soon if not the scar will expand since she is still growing plus Alhamdullillah she is fair so the scars are pretty visible.

poor lil gal has been housebound the past week since it has been raining heavily every day. the mosquitoes are at large so much so she gets bitten left, right n center, bless her!we bought her a lil rucksack which she will insist on wearing n then says that she is going to school to play w frens. hmm.....yes! the playsch part, still haven't made my mind up about it. think i will seriously consider it after raya. my only prob is her allergies.

a few nites ago, she wud sing 'happy to you' = happy birthday to you b4 she slept. tried to get her to sing so i can record it, of course, wasn't successful. tried to get her to sing for both tok ma n tahira, she refused as well. both hubbs n i are hot dogged out. she is in the mickey mouse = happy mouse to her phase. loves the hot dog song. she will make mickey dance n sing hot dog hot dog, tuneless of course!!

she really loved it when both naz n qayyum were here. till today she will look for abg. if u ask her where abg is, she will reply 'work' :). to her, we reckon anyone that she sends to the airport goes to work like her daddy.

reflecting back, 2 ramadhans ago she was in my tummy till the last 3 days; last ramadhan she was just learning how to stand n this ramadhan she is running n talking. gosh...time really flies. wonder what she will be like next ramadhan.
