brand new year 1429H n 2008

A brand new start to the year. To everyone who read this boring blog of mine..as if anyone does :) here's me wishing you a happy new year. may this year cont to bring more happiness n prosperity

resolutions..never made any in my life but better late than never :)

1. be patient...
2. be a better wife to hubbs n mom to nazeefah
3. be less of a perfectionist to lessen my stress levels

i reckon 3 is enuff to start with. quite sure will make up some more as the year goes on

on a lighter note, my lil girl is walking everywhere..fr the room to the living room..out the door. at long last, she is no longer afraid of the swing so we can push her in it. she loves it now. so far, we have managed to take her to the playground 2x this week. her daily routine now includes either a trip to the playground or a walk outside in our compound. any sports on telly is 'golf' to her, thx to daddy. her vocab is increasing. she can clearly say car; daddy; mee for mummy..hmm actually not sure if its for mummy or milk :) but definitely not noodles as she doesn't like them.she points to her head, nose n face on command. says ssshhh for shoes. climbs into her bumbo seat..yes! she still fits in it :( when she wants to watch her vcd. will stand up on command n picks up her cookie buckets if we say ' cookies for sale'. mealtimes is still a challenging task. she much prefers playing to eating. she did put on 500g since we got back fr kl but has lost it all again. we reckon it is becoz she can't wait to walk n has less naps. she sleeps 10-11 hours at nite and naps for only an hour during the day.

at this mo, she is sleeping under daddy's armpits. she loves that position...ain't got a clue why...:)
