Hay fever again..gggrrrrr

i thought my hay fever days are over but nope!grass pollen is still around.walked to the archipelbuurt via the fringe of scheveningense bosjes, must have received a full dose of pollen from there. was sneezing last nite n woke up w a sore throat n itchy eyes!pretty sure it's not due to dust as i am a cleaning freak!obsessed more like it, as hubby noted! i have been suffering from hay fever for the past 5 years now...antihistamine dependent as well! this year, it has not been too bad as i manage to stay away from daily antihistamines plus the fact that i am not working so i don't need a clear head at all times!! a friend of ours claims that acupuncture cured theirs...if i am still in europe next year,that route looks very inviting.

museum for this week, gementemuseum. was supposed to go today but....insya Allah, i will be able to do that tomorrow.bumped into my dutch class mate yesterday n she recommended that i catch redon's exhibition.looks like i am becoming arty-farty now:)) bet my classmates at med school will be so surprised esp amita n sal! finished reading 'the dutch golden age', time for some impressionists n contemporary art.

hubby is playing football till 9pm so it's a light dinner tonight. tabouleh, aubergine/coriander dip w pita bread.if he is still hungry, i'll make a cheese omelette. that's the plan.he has been complaining that i cook too much for dinner.he's trying to lose weight before we go back to m'sia so he can put in all on again within the short period we are there. a tad difficult to convince him otherwise..:))
