My bb is becoming a lil girl

Lieverd is 13.5 months now and she started walking last week. it was soooo amazing to see her take her first steps. she actually took her 1st steps 2 weeks ago at her nyai's house. can't believe she is growing up so fast. felt like it was only yesterday she had a nasogastric tube n was hooked up to a drip. her crying face hasn't changed though..that has remained the same.

she is becoming more independent n feisty. her face turns all red when she can't do what she wants. clung on to daddy 2 days ago knowing that he was going away for a biz trip. shud see her when her daddy is back fr a trip...puts her head on his shoulder, coos softly and blows kisses to daddy. yup! she is still and will remain daddy's girl. last nite was lil different though. showed her daddy's piccie b4 bed. she smiled at daddy's piccie, hugged the frame and blew kisses then settled down i.e. had her milk and slept.30 mins later, daddy walked into the room. she got up so i fed her some more. she realised that there was something going on in the bathroom. stopped drinking and was patiently sitting down facing the bathroom. occasionally saying a word or 2. the minute daddy walked out, she waved him hello. it was a tad difficult to see her facial expressions as the room was pretty dark. she immediately put her head on daddy's shoulders,hugged and blew him kisses when he carried her. all these was followed by a round of play on the our bed. daddy of course started snoring n i dozed off. woke up 1/2 hour later to find her right in the middle of our bed. today she woke up the same time daddy did and is only now having a nap after daddy came back for lunch.

she is in a frowning phase. she frowns at all strangers esp men. daddy brought a relative home today n she was frowning away.

yes..that's my bb girl. growing up real fast...
